Recent CACHE Seed Grant Awardees Present Their Exciting Work to the CACHE Board

At the meeting of the CACHE Board of Trustees at the AIChE Annual Meeting, the recent awardees of CACHE seed grants for "Development of Computational-Based Tools and Modules for Chemical Engineering Education" gave an update about their work to the board. The three most recent recipients (awarded in 2022) include:

  • Srinivas Rangarajan (Lehigh): Interactive online visualization-based data science modules for chemical and biomolecular engineers
  • Chris Kieslich (Auburn): Development of interactive coding tutorials for introducing computational systems biology
  • Amanda Malefyt (Trine): QRProblems.org: Open-Sourced System for Variable Parameter Quantitative and Qualitative Engineering Problems

Prof. Kieslich's collaborator Joseph Menicucci joined him at the CACHE Trustees meeting.
